The infrastructure behind a global brand

A global brand isn't defined by how many country flags are on the shipping page. It's defined by whether an order placed in any of those countries gets fulfilled with the same accuracy, speed and returns experience as the home market.

That requires infrastructure most brands don't build until it's forced on them: local or regional inventory, carrier relationships that actually cover the last mile in that market, customs processes that don't add days to delivery, and a single view of stock and performance across all of it.

The internet made it trivial to sell into a new country. It did nothing to make it trivial to deliver into one. That gap — between the click and the delivery — is the actual infrastructure problem international expansion is solving.
